Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings
All treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are essential to ensure availability.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required for all group bookings to secure your appointment. Deposits confirm your booking and allow us to reserve the requested time and services.
Deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Payment
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of your treatment via cash, card, bank transfer or PAYID. Please note that a small processing fee applies to all card payments.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind.
Service Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the quality of the service provided, please inform us immediately after the treatment so we can rectify the issue.
Once the therapist has left the premises, the service is considered accepted and completed.
Repairs
We offer complimentary repairs for gel manicures within 7 days of the original service date.
After this period, repairs may incur an additional charge.
